My tour offers hotel pickup. How can I request a pick up at my hotel? 

You will be asked to provide your accommodation details at the time of booking. Once your booking is confirmed, our local partner will contact you with detailed information regarding your pickup.

If you weren't able to provide a pickup address at the time of booking, the fastest way to schedule a pickup is to contact the local partner directly. You can find their contact details on the voucher.

Resend voucher

If you are looking to get your mobile voucher, tap the "Bookings" tab at the bottom of your app screen. Tap "Can't find your booking?" at the bottom of the "Bookings" screen, enter your email and tap "Send code". A verification code will be sent to your email which you can enter to view your booking.

If you are looking to find your printed voucher, add your booking number to the tool below, and we'll send the voucher your way. Please check your spam folder if the voucher doesn't appear in your inbox.

 

The confirmation email and voucher are usually sent right after your order is confirmed. If you haven't received it, please check your emails, including your spam folder.

Printed and mobile vouchers 

The majority of things to do on GoTurkeyVisit accept both mobile and printed vouchers. However, we recommend checking the 'What you'll get' section for confirmation.

Printed voucher

If you've checked the sections mentioned above and mobile vouchers aren't accepted, you'll have to print the vouchers.

Mobile voucher

The easiest way to use mobile vouchers is to download our app. You can access your vouchers even when you're offline. You'll also have access to a whole host of in-destination features like booking updates and nearby recommendations.

 

Lost booking confirmation

Spam folder

Booking confirmation emails can sometimes end up in your spam folder.

Booking summary

Log in to your GoTurkeyVisit account on our website or app to view your booking summary, which will include your booking confirmation.

48 hour confirmation

 

Most bookings have instant confirmation. However, for some bookings, the local partner will send a final confirmation within 48 hours of purchase. You can see if your chosen experience offers instant confirmation by checking the 'What you'll get' section.

 

Booking in advance

Please bear in mind if you're booking several months in advance that some attractions only confirm bookings closer to the date. You can see if your booking uses this policy by checking the 'Know before you go' section.

Update participant information 

Please contact the local partner directly if you need to update participant information. You'll find their contact details on your voucher.

 

Why do I have to provide extra information?

Certain bookings require you to provide the local partner with information before you arrive. This can include dietary needs, age, or a hotel address.

 

Swap bookings 

Swapping bookings or changing tour options (e.g., adding an audio guide or skip the line access) is only possible by canceling and rebooking.

Before starting this process, please check that your current booking can be canceled. You'll find this information in your booking confirmation.

Change date and/or time of booking

You can instantly change the date and/or time of a booking by adding your booking number and PIN to the feature below. You’ll find both pieces of information on your voucher.

 

Please note that not all bookings can be rescheduled. See your voucher for more information.

Add or remove participants

Remove participants

 

Send us an email via the below contact form, and we'll amend your booking. Please bear in mind that some bookings require a minimum number of participants.

Add participants

To add participants, either cancel and rebook with the correct number of people or make a new booking for the additional participants. We're unable to add participants to an existing booking for you. Please check that your chosen experience is available for the new amount of people.

Payment and refunds

 

Refund information

Refunds can take 3-4 business days to appear in your account. However, some credit card companies have different processing times.

Cancellation deadline

You'll find information regarding your booking's cancellation policy on your voucher.

Your booking will either be fully refundable, partially refundable or non-refundable depending on the local partner's policy.

 

All cancelable bookings will display a deadline for cancellation on the voucher.

Cancellation confirmation

We'll confirm your cancellation via email. Please check your spam folder and booking status if you don't receive instant confirmation.

Your cancellation can also be viewed in the app by tapping on "History" in the top right corner of the "Bookings" screen.
